Trolley the Butterfly Troll

He lurks behind the silence

Of the forest deep with green

Ready to pour out nonsense

On something he has seen

He really is quite playful

This butterfly of green

Sometimes is would appear

That he knows not what he says

As if he’s in a state of dream

Making sense, less, and less

But small and cute is this troll

He’s feet are quite big

His color is a bluish green

To hide as if a twig

No evil does this troll bring

Nor to any living thing

The forest is his way of life

Where he can sleep and dream

He flutters round the flowers

As he walks around and roams

The fragrance and their beauty

Even brings out his friends the gnomes

When suddenly the fairies appear

Flying as they sing

For in this green green forest

Magic they do bring

So be careful when you are about

You just might see a troll

Trolley could be lurking as you walk and take a stroll
